Widget Visibility plugin
#3 – Widget Visibility – Return to /best-wordpress-plugins
Widget Visibility allows you to do just that.
Install the plugin and activate it. Then you can go to your Widgets page by clicking on Appearance – Widgets on your left hand side menu. Once there, you’ll see there is an extra section below each Widget. Click to expand the details of that widget then edit it’s settings.
You can choose either which pages the widget is or isn’t displayed on. So, for example, click ‘Show only: on’ and then tick the boxes next to the page you want to see that widget on. As an example, you might only want your twitter feed to be displayed on your home page. You might want your contact form to be displayed only on your contact page. Conversely, you might us the widget visibility to exclude your twitter feed widget from just your contact page, as you want the space exclusively for your contact form.
