Duplicate page plugin – This is such a simple plugin, but a real-time-saver. If I’m writing a bunch of posts and they have a similar format, say with links back to the same main article (like this one) or similar optimisation, I use this plugin to duplicate it and then modify it. That means I don’t have to drop in the same header, the same SEO keywords and it’ll be the same general format using the same template.

It’s also really useful for clients who want to add a page or a post for a new team member. They can duplicate one of those I’ve set up where the image of the star member is dropped in at the right size, the text wraps around it and the headers are in the correct format. They just duplicate it, modify the name, and update the image to the new one. Done!

1. Upload the duplicatepage folder to the directory /wp-content/plugins/.
